Data for this bibliography have been obtained primarily from the journal Web site, with contributions from the MathSciNet database. During the data merger of 153 entries from the Web site (up to volume 10 number 2 pages 3--20), and 145 from MathSciNet, there were several cases where author order, author accents, or article titles differed between the two sources. The discrepancies were resolved by consulting the article PDF files: generally, the MathSciNet data were found to be more accurate, albeit with incomplete coverage. Future updates to this file should continue to exploit both data sources.
The MathSciNet database has no DOI values for this journal. However, DOI values are supplied in Web pages, but only for each complete issue. If the article URLs are followed, they lead to article Web pages that DO supply article-unique DOI values. The article DOIs follow a pattern of suffixing the issue DOI with aNN, where NN is an article number within the issue. That made it possible to generate candidate DOI values for each article, and then use the DOI agency lookup facility to get BibTeX data from which correct DOIs could be retrofitted into this file.
Spelling has been verified with the UNIX spell and GNU ispell programs using the exception dictionary stored in the companion file with extension .sok.
BibTeX citation tags are uniformly chosen as name:year:abbrev, where name is the family name of the first author or editor, year is a 4-digit number, and abbrev is a 3-letter condensation of important title words. Citation tags were automatically generated by software developed for the BibNet Project.
In this bibliography, entries are sorted in publication order, using ``bibsort -byvolume''.
The checksum field above contains a CRC-16 checksum as the first value, followed by the equivalent of the standard UNIX wc (word count) utility output of lines, words, and characters. This is produced by Robert Solovay's checksum utility.
