This is a COMPLETE bibliography of publications in the Proceedings of the American Philosophical Society (CODEN PAPCAA, ISSN 0003-049X (print), 2326-9243 (electronic)) for the half century 2000--2049.
The American Philosophical Society was founded in 1743 by Benjamin Franklin and others, and the Society's Transactions journal began publishing in 1771.
The Proceedings began in 1838, but the contents were largely meeting minutes until 1860, with an occasional technical article through 1869. The contents begin to look like a modern journal about 1870. However, Volume 22 in 1885 contains reprints of historical material that begins with a letter from Benjamin Franklin dated 5 April 1774.
Like Nature and Science, the Proceedings of the American Philosophical Society cover broad areas of physical and life sciences, with a bit of mathematics, a considerable amount of anthropology, archaeology, astronomy, geology, linguistics, sociology, and technology, together with a reasonable number of articles that can be classed as history of science.

Data for this bibliography have been derived almost entirely from the JSTOR archives, but those archives are INCOMPLETE in early years. There is also a four-year moving window before the current date for which no metadata are available.
There are also contributions for 2016 to 2019 from the Web of Science archives that are currently absent from the JSTOR metadata. A subsequent page gap analysis revealed at least one missing entry that was subsequently found after extensive Web searches.
