From volume 7 number 2 (2015), some articles have DOI values that are simply related to their URL values, and the given DOI values have been automatically generated. However, the journal Web pages entirely lack DOI data, and supply only leading page numbers, making page gap analysis unreliable for detecting missing articles. Ending page numbers have been supplied by automatic programmatic interpolation, with the final page number in each issue obtained from the corresponding PDF file. To add to the confusion, in some volumes, the article PDF files are often sequentially numbered from 1.
Data for this bibliography have been derived almost entirely from metadata and BibTeX files available at the journal site. However, the BibTeX data have been prettyprinted, relabeled, and extended with additional fields to follow the conventions of the TeX User Group bibliography archive.
BibTeX citation tags are uniformly chosen as name:year:abbrev, where name is the family name of the first author or editor, year is a 4-digit number, and abbrev is a 3-letter condensation of important title words. Citation tags were automatically generated by software developed for the BibNet Project.
In this bibliography, entries are sorted in publicatin order.
The checksum field above contains a CRC-16 checksum as the first value, followed by the equivalent of the standard UNIX wc (word count) utility output of lines, words, and characters. This is produced by Robert Solovay's checksum utility.
