These are the fonts as distributed with various versions of Ghostscript.
They used to be available from mirror.cs.wisc.edu (aka ftp.cs.wisc.edu,
et al.), but evidently that archive was shut down in January 2015.
Therefore we copied the directory here, to
ftp://tug.org/historic/fonts/base35.

Version 4.0 of these fonts was the basis for the GUST font development.
