UPDATES.MAR:

This disk originally containeds the LaTeX 2.09 relase 
of December 91 with corrections relased on 14 Jan 92.

Some changes to LETTER.STY/DOC were released on 21 Feb 92.

Further corrections to LETTER.STY/DOC and PROC.STY/DOC
dated 26 Feb 92 were released on 18 Mar 92 in connection
with a new release of PLAIN.TEX on 16 Mar 92 by DEK.

Some of the font sources were also changed on 18 Mar 92
to improve error handling.

During the DANTE'92 conference several more errors were
reported and fixed leading to a new release of LATEX.TEX
and SLITEX.TEX on 25 Mar 92. LATEX.BUG was updated, but
there are still some inconsistencies remaining.

The complete release of 25 Mar 92 is now on a new disk.
