This file is part of the array package. --------------------------------------- \def\filedate{92/07/04} This file contains problem-records and bug-reports. Unsolved problems and uncorrected but known bugs (so called features) start out with two exclamation marks before the number. Fixed problems will start with two asterisks. ** (1) FMi 90/06/14: \extracolsep will not work in the preamble. Fixed with version 2.1. ** (2) JBr 90/08/14: Preamble of the from @{..}>{..} will expand > expression. Fixed FMi 90/08/14: in version 2.0c. ** (3) DDu 90/08/17: Mixing array and tabular inside \multicolumn commands will not work properly because \d@llar is defined globally. Fixed FMi 90/08/20: in version 2.0d. ** (4) FMi 92/02/07: # inside the constructed preamble was not surrounded by braces. This is necessary to let array run correctly with the new font selection scheme (one might get a mysterious extra space). I thought that this was corrected long time ago, but ... Fixed in version 2.0e. ** (5) ?? 92/02/29: if any of the special chars for tabular have been changed their catcode then the tabular would bomb. This was for example the case when comining ams-latex and array. Fixed FMi 92/02/29: in version 2.0f ** (6) FMi 92/02/29: the bug fix for \@tfor was removed because it was corrected in latex.tex. array.sty will now output an error if an older latex release is used. ** (7) MGo 92/03/13: \hdotfor from amstex.sty will not work with array.sty. More generally, leaders will be killed within an array environment. This means that (4) needs to be handled differently. Fixed FMi 92/06/18: in version 2.0g. ****** FMi 92/07/04: Version 2.1 of array incorporates the \newcolumntype feature formerly found in `newarray.sty' by DCa (under the name \newcolumn). This release also contains all other tabular and array extensions by David in form of contributed files.
