	* TeXviewSwitchBoard.m, PageView.m: Opening an already display
 	  file now makes the window the key window, doesn't open a new
 	  window any more (use `Clone' instead)

	* new, coloured icon contributed by Joe Reiss

	* dviAccessors.c: Hack to workaround timing problems when opening
 	  a file via IPC.
