I hope the example file to be self-explaining; but there is perhaps
one tricky case enclosed:
 
  the program reports a collision between figure 3 & 4, but that's not
  true; indeed figure 3 collides with a section heading (it can not
  be completely set before the next \section command is to be honored);
  by consequence figure 3 is truncated and figure 4 OMITTED).

NOTE: You cannot expect satisfying results as long as there is any
      collision warning message.
