The Line Mode Browser is a character based World-Wide Web Browser. It is developed for use on dumb terminals, as a test tool for the W3C Reference Library, and as a full featured command line tool for exchanging information on the Web. It can be run in interactive mode, non- interactive mode and as a proxy client.
