Close a stream

iinntt ffcclloossee(_f_p) FFIILLEE *_f_p;

fclose closes  the stream fp.   It calls fflush on  the given fp,
closes the  associated file,  and releases any  allocated buffer.
The function exit calls fclose for open streams.
