Line-oriented editor

eexx [ _f_l_a_g_s ] [ +_c_m_d ] [ _f_i_l_e_1 ... _f_i_l_e_2_7 ]

ex is a link to elvis,  which is a clone of the UNIX vi/ex set of
editors.  Invoking  elvis through this link  forces it to operate
solely  in  colon-command  mode,  just  as  the  UNIX  ex  editor
operates.
