ssuuppeerr() -- Accessible Kernel Routine

ssuuppeerr()

ssuuppeerr() checks  whether the user has super-user  privileges.  It return one
if the  user has these privileges  (i.e., if uu.uu_uuiidd ==  00).  Otherwise, it
sets field uu.uu_eerrrroorr to EEPPEERRMM and returns zero.
