  abstract =     "For visualization of distributed hydrological
                 phenomena, a multidimensional visualization tool such
                 as VisAD embeds sophisticated visualization techniques
                 in hydrological models. Heterogeneous hydrological
                 properties can be visualized draped on top of a digital
                 elevation model (DEM), in order to model
                 parametrization or results. This article discusses how
                 the VisAD library was applied to hydrology related
                 information in the headwater catchments of the
                 Schm{\"u}cker Graben and the Steinbach utilizing
                 DEMViewer.",
